About the Speaker Craig Patterson is the founder and Editor-in-Chief of online magazine Retail Insider, which has become Canada’s number one source for retail news. He’s an analyst who has studied the Canadian retail landscape for the past 25 years. He now leads the new Applied Research department at the University of Alberta School of Retailing, and is also an advisor for the School of Retailing Consulting Group. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce and Bachelor of Laws Degrees, both from the University of Alberta.
