Account Coordinator

The Account Coordinator leverages existing customer relationships by offering additional product and services to optimize customer value. Their primary responsibility is to engage existing clients and to bring awareness of specialized services that can enhance client marketing capabilities.

This position, working in conjunction with the Client Account Manager, sells specialized services and coordinates delivery of those services to the customer.

Tasks & Responsibilities

  • Conduct follow-up sales calls with existing clients
  • Close new sales of specialized services with existing clients
  • Coordinate the development and delivery of specialized services to the client
  • Assembles sales data and prepares periodic and special reports
  • Weekly activity reports are required
  • Logs all sales activities within BubbleUP CRM
  • Logs daily activities within BubbleUP HUB


Key Performance Indicators & Sales Targets

  • Monthly Revenue Revenue Targets
  • 50 outbound client calls weekly
  • 5 proposals and/or quotes delivered each week
