  • The position of Associate provides a great opportunity for an emerging professional with 5-10 years of marketing experience. This position works within a dedicated pod structure (Senior Associate, Associate, and Account Coordinator) to support a variety of clients primarily in the Business-to-Business and Not-for-Profit space.

    Incite is seeking someone with the ability to build deep client relationships, to drive energy into any project, and to thrive in 40- to 50-hour work-weeks while maintaining real balance in life. The successful candidate will be responsible for the following:

Client Deliverables

  • Lead development of major client deliverables, including:
    • Writing client implementation plans
    • Ensuring they meet Incite’s quality standards
    • Ensuring they satisfy client’s needs/expectations
    • Establishing appropriate benchmarks and ongoing measurement activities
    • Securing input, involvement, feedback, and sign off from Senior Associate
  • Create activity briefs and lead project kick offs and internal review meetings
  • Prepare and design activities relating to internal engagement, brand rollouts, touchpoint analysis, etc.
  • Prepare materials needed for presenting/selling key deliverables to clients
  • Support design and delivery of client presentations, facilitations, and strategic engagements
  • Support Senior Associate in dealing with client challenges related to ongoing work


Client Strategic Planning and Advisory

  • Support Senior Associate to educate clients on Incite’s philosophy and approach to marketing
  • Attend relevant events and conduct ongoing research to keep team current on client’s business/industry and provide relevant opportunities to assist clients in meeting their objectives
  • Support Senior Associate in conducting ongoing review of client strategy and ensure appropriateness for current market conditions
  • Support in conducting market research and stakeholder interviews
  • Review and write planning recommendations and reports, and prepare presentations for clients


Client Relationship Management

  • Support Senior Associate to oversee a group of clients (i.e. 12-15 clients), including:
    • Establishing rapport with clients
    • Ensuring client satisfaction and manage client expectations/needs
    • Seeking opportunities to connect clients to market opportunities and Incite’s network
    • Identifying opportunities to grow client accounts


Business Development

  • Attend networking functions and represent Incite in the community
  • Support Senior Associates in cultivating relationships with relevant centres of influence (i.e. organizations, companies and individuals) who can support the generation of prospects and leads
  • Leverage personal network to actively identify leads and new business opportunities for Incite
