Description

Reporting directly to the President, the Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for interpreting and presenting the company’s vision and mission in a positive way that engages existing and potential customers.

The Marketing Coordinator will be required to develop strategy and implement tactics for successful campaigns to increase brand awareness and increase inquiries for new business across digital and offline channels. This role is best suited for a student.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Design, plan and maintain new company website
  • Overseeing and developing marketing campaigns and strategies
  • Conducting research and analyzing data to identify and define audiences
  • Assemble and present reports that collect and analyze market research data by consolidating, summarizing, and formatting information into formats that optimize readability and uncover industry trends
  • Compiling and distributing financial and statistical information
  • Writing and proofreading creative copy
  • Organizing seasonal events, promotional activities and product exhibitions
  • Updating databases and using a customer relationship management (CRM) system
  • Coordinating internal marketing and an organization’s culture
  • Monitoring performance
  • Managing campaigns on social media
  • Design and create marketing materials such as brochures and mailers by writing copy and formatting content and graphics
  • Creating and conducting customer perception surveys and analyzing data to pinpoint improvement areas
  • Devising and presenting ideas and strategies for improvement
