What You Will Be Doing …
  • Communicate with clients via chat, email, and phone to assist with technical problems and provide training
  • Document solutions for common problems clients face
  • Assist clients with varying levels of marketing skills to understand and be successful with ActiveDEMAND
  • Become an ActiveDEMAND expert
  • Build long term relationships with customers
  • Perform services work for clients including building out landing pages, emails, campaigns, workflows etc.
Qualifications …
  • Website development experience (HTML, JS, CSS) a requirement
  • Outgoing and enjoys pro-actively engaging with people
  • Highly organized and detail oriented, ability to multi-task and stay organized in a fast paced environment
  • Excellent written and oral English (fluent) communication skills, Spanish language is a plus
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills are a must
  • Ability to work independently
  • Digital marketing experience is a plus
  • Communicate in a professional and friendly manner at all times
