What You Will Be Doing …
- Communicate with clients via chat, email, and phone to assist with technical problems and provide training
- Document solutions for common problems clients face
- Assist clients with varying levels of marketing skills to understand and be successful with ActiveDEMAND
- Become an ActiveDEMAND expert
- Build long term relationships with customers
- Perform services work for clients including building out landing pages, emails, campaigns, workflows etc.
Qualifications …
- Website development experience (HTML, JS, CSS) a requirement
- Outgoing and enjoys pro-actively engaging with people
- Highly organized and detail oriented, ability to multi-task and stay organized in a fast paced environment
- Excellent written and oral English (fluent) communication skills, Spanish language is a plus
- Exceptional problem-solving skills are a must
- Ability to work independently
- Digital marketing experience is a plus
- Communicate in a professional and friendly manner at all times
