Description

  • Lead marketing plans and executions of all product, course, and business launches via social media, ads,  live events and PR strategy.
  • Oversee our marketing team (designers, writers, etc)
  • Strategize and plan key brand positioning moves.
  • Understand our customers inside and out, including how they buy and their buying criteria; Identify and keep abreast of key market trends; become an expert on our competition, provide market intelligence and drive differentiation of our new and existing products
  • Increase key KPIs such as cart values, conversion etc with strategy and analytics.
  • Deliver projects with significant ROI across a marketing mix of programs including e-mail, paid search, paid social, re-targeting, affiliate partnerships
  • Create campaign reporting and analysis to measure marketing efficiency and effectiveness and identify optimization opportunities
  • Overall management between marketing and creative, to ensure smooth flow of deliverables and meeting of deadlines while maintaining the highest quality standards at all times
  • Lead the overall planning and delivery of brand-related areas (brand positioning, brand values, brand messaging, brand communications) and partner with the Creative Director to drive a consistent and compelling brand message to target consumers
  • Implement marketing best practices and test new marketing methods and strategies for driving sales
