No need to buy tickets as teams this year, but if you need to make any changes, please email us at [email protected] • If you really, really want to have a team or have people on a team together, let us know via email and we’ll accommodate you. • Those who do have pre-set teams and jerseys are welcome to do that, though points will not be awarded this year for teams. Everything is a little different this year — for obvious reasons. Email us at [email protected] if you come up with your name after registering • There are limited spots, so make sure you sign up as soon as you can • Both ACE and Top Draw will donate $250. The winning team will get to donate this $500 prize to a charity of their choice OLYMPIC LINE-UP • 6:00 – Doors will open / teams sign-in • 6:30 – Opening Ceremonies (all teams must be signed in before 6:30pm) • 6:30 to 8:30 – Olympic Events • 9:00 PM – Closing Ceremonies and Winners Announced • 11:00 PM – Top Draw Closes Down There will be multiple Olympic Events where each team can get points. Scores are then added up from each event to determine a winner. This event is not open to students. Further Info • Tickets include all alcohol required for Olympic events, snacks and prizing. If there is any beer left in the kegs after the Olympic competition ends, it will be enjoyed free of charge. • None of the games will require or involve drinking. • This is a “beer” Olympics event, which means only beer will be available.
