Job Summary: KEEN is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Specialist to join our team in Edmonton. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and driving sales growth. You will work closely with our team of creative and strategic professionals to develop proposals, pitch ideas to potential clients, and close new sales. Responsibilities: Proactively seeking new business opportunities for KEEN Creative Researching and identifying client and industry opportunities across Canada Networking and leveraging your network, along with KEEN’s history to drive sales Responding to any new sales leads and opportunities Developing, pitching and presenting ideas and proposals to clients Building and maintaining relationships with clients Working collaboratively with the entire team to ensure clients are taken care of. Meeting or exceeding monthly sales targets. Attend various networking events as a representative of KEEN Education Requirements Key Qualifications: Minimum of 5 years experience in Business Development/ Sales Post secondary degree with a business or marketing focus an asset Proven track record of exceeding sales goals and targets Extremely comfortable in networking environments Strong interpersonal communication skills Self-Motivated with an ability to work independently Large personal and professional network Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle Strong presentation skills and ability to speak to a range of creative solutions and services Experience using CRM and digital networking tools an asset Experience in advertising, media, marketing, or creative fields is an asset.
