All In. We put in the work, and it shows. The Position The Digital Marketing Coordinator is responsible for implementing and managing client online marketing efforts. In this role, the Digital Marketing Coordinator executes tasks that ensure all social and digital efforts are carried out efficiently and effectively. They’re skilled organizers who are highly effective at staying on top of multiple projects, each with various moving pieces, thanks to their proactive thinking skills, exceptional verbal and written communication abilities and a strong attention to detail. Overall Accountability Implement, monitor and adjust paid advertising Analyze and report on organic and paid metrics as well as website and newsletter data Implement blog posts and newsletters Make website updates Post organic content Respond to social media inquiries and issues as they arise Your responsibilities as a Digital Marketing Coordinator at zag: Collaborate with the creative team in creation of recommendations, strategies and actions for the client Demonstrate strong analytical abilities to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points Become an expert in agency clients, be able to act as though part of their team Remain up to date with the latest trends and best practices in digital and social media Monitor assigned project constraints (schedule/scope/resources) Champion internal systems for better efficiency Evaluate emerging technologies and provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate Educate clients and manage their needs and expectations Complete assigned tasks in a timely manner Provide ongoing project status updates to internal team members Prepare reports summarizing the results of engagement Fulfill activities that build relationships with clients and suppliers Provide persuasive rationale for clients to sign off on proposals Your strengths and qualifications: Strong attention to detail with a customer focused mindset, and strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills Flexible and adaptable to changing project requirements, client preferences, and project and program revisions; with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies, tools, and processes Ability to work under pressure, tight and timely deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously Ability to learn processes and systems easily Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Well-developed and honed interpersonal skills Self-motivated with an enthusiasm to learn Key relationships: Reports to VP Operations Will work closely with the Digital Team, as well as the Strategy, Creative, and Account Services Teams Will correspond with our client partners What we offer you: Competitive pay Comprehensive Dental and Health benefits Competitive vacation time, PTO days, and zag days.
