Intermediate Graphic Designer

This is a full-time position, working in person at our 124th Street Office.

And You…

You have a minimum of 3-5 years of professional graphic design experience in an agency or internal marketing department. Fresh ideas are your forte: from concept development to successful execution. You love what you do. You’re comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and are ready to start contributing from day one.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create smart, sophisticated branding, marketing, design and communication assets for digital, print, and multimedia campaigns
• Consistently steward and tastefully evolve our clients’ brands in response to each creative challenge
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and consistently meet deadlines 
• Prepare final artwork files for print and digital production
• Confidently present work internally and to clients
• Demonstrate an understanding and curiosity of emerging design & media trends

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in graphic design (agency/in-house)
• Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design
• Mastery in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
• Proficiency in PowerPoint, MS Word
• Experience in video editing or motion graphics 
• Familiarity with design for web, digital and social platforms 
• Fluency in fundamental design theory (eg, typography, colour)
• Strong attention to detail and pride in doing exceptional work
• Solid interpersonal and communication skills
• Thrive in a collaborative team environment, but can also work independently
