Marketing Graphic Designer – Part Time to Full Time : The Advertising Club of Edmonton

Job Description


We are looking for a creative and energetic Graphic Designer to join the Omada Commercial team!

The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, development and implementation of Omada’s marketing strategies, designs and communications both externally and internally.

You will be part of our marketing team and provide assistance to the various teams and individuals within the office to meet their design requests. They will use their comprehensive knowledge of design to effectively communicate through customized marketing materials and campaigns.

The right person will have a passion for their craft, love to address challenges in a fast-paced environment and never want to stop learning about new ideas. They will collaborate with a team of like-minded people who are always striving for excellence


You will use your talent and experience as a visual communicator to help design engaging, modern and impactful marketing materials, including print and digital assets such as:

  • Brochures, surveys, proposals, market reports, advertisements, invitations, presentations
  • Email campaigns, social media platforms, website content
  • Special projects as required
  • Event planning
  • Basic onboarding of new employees


  • Provide creative and innovative approaches to marketing programs for teams and individuals in various and service lines
  • Develop and edit highly formatted documents with strict attention to detail
  • Manage and maintain established brand guidelines on all marketing collateral


Education Requirements

  • Intermediate to Advanced knowledge of InDesign
  • Intermediate knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel & PowerPoint)
  • Experience using marketing automation is an asset, but not required
  • Experience in the design/printing/publishing industry is an asset, but not required
  • Diploma or Post-Secondary education in Graphic Design is an asset, but not required
  • The ability to communicate fluently in English (verbal and written)

Location: Edmonton

Salary: Hourly negotiated
