Account Coordinator Qualifications:
Degree or diploma in marketing, advertising and/or business
Agency experience is a bonus but not necessary
Advanced knowledge of Keynote and Google Workspace
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
High attention to detail
Strong time-management and organizational skills
Strong client-service orientation
Flexibility for evolving responsibilities and last-minute changes
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment
Ability to work more than 40 hours per week
A willingness to travel when needed

Account Coordinator Job Description:
Supports entire account team with day-to-day tactics
Communicates and works with creative team-related projects
Source estimates for projects: production, services, media, swag, products, etc.
Assist with supplier invoicing
Cultivate relationships with key day-to-day clients, suppliers and team members
Assist with the delivery of client assets/deliverables
Presentation and document development and editing
Research assistance for products, services, markets, etc.
Complete all other duties and tasks as required
