Account Manager

The Account Manager builds and maintains relationships with BubbleUP leads, prospects, and current clients. They strategize with clients on design, print, marketing, and web development projects and are often the clients’ sounding board for business growth opportunities through multiple marketing channels.

They work VERY closely with BubbleUP Project Managers to complete projects in a manner that ensures client expectations are balanced with profitability.

Success Indicators

  • Promotes the sale of BubbleUP services to new and existing customers
  • Converts leads to potentials and closes new business to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Facilitates client communications for scope changes resulting in budget & timeline updates
  • Maintains a monthly revenue target of $30,000 per month
  • Ensure overall client satisfaction is over 85%, as measured by the client project scorecard
  • Works effectively with the Project Manager through all project phases
  • Projects are completed on time and on budget (as per BubbleUP project scoring)


Tasks & Responsibilities

  • Attend client kick off meetings
  • Gathering all preliminary project info
  • Manages negotiations of sales contracts
  • Routinely review project work (designs, website releases, conversions) and works with the Project Manager to notify clients
  • Assembles sales data and prepares periodic and special reports
  • Weekly activity reports are required
  • Logs all sales activities within BubbleUP CRM
  • Logs daily activities within BubbleUP HUB
  • Create marketing plans


Key Performance Indicators & Sales Targets

  • Monthly Revenue target of $30,000 (contract value)
  • 50 outbound calls weekly
  • 6 sales meeting and/or networking events each week
  • 4 proposals and/or quote delivered each week
