We’re looking for an Account Manager who is a mix of a seasoned juggler and an expert organizer with their own Netflix series. If you’re a professional multi-tasker whose skills can maintain and grow our clients’ businesses on an ongoing and project basis, you may fit the bill! As an Account Manager, you’ll use your strong analytical thinking and communication skills to synthesize, develop and present clear and concise recommendations in a way that not only articulates the agency’s point of view but also respects the best interests of and delivers value to the client.


Key activities include:

  • Assessing clients’ needs
  • Delivering sound and responsible marketing counselling and planning
  • Executing work accurately and effectively in all areas, staying on schedule and budget
  • Providing rationale around how output supports clients’ goals and objectives
  • Media buying and budget planning to effectively distribute creative campaigns


As Account Manager, you will report to the Director of Client Services and work closely with internal team members. You will also be in direct and continuous contact with assigned agency clients, media and production suppliers. Work will take place in the Edmonton office, with occasional on-the-job travel requirements.


The Account Manager of zag’s dreams has 3–5 years of experience with a demonstrated track record of not just meeting challenges — but anticipating them and moving swiftly to execute plans. Media buying experience will be considered an asset.
