KEEN Creative is currently searching for a relationship building rockstar to fill our Account Strategist position. Do you love the advertising & marketing industry and have a passion for implementing solutions to help clients? Are you an energetic, social butterfly who loves meeting and working with great people? As an Account Strategist, you will use your killer relationship skills to build client partnerships and your years of experience to strategize about what will produce results and have a positive impact on their business.

Your Account Strategist Responsibilities:   

  • Meet with clients and really drill down on what their goals are. Provide the clients with direction and give recommendations on how they can achieve these goals.

  • Organize the hell out of projects by briefing in the project teams, set deadlines, manage budgets and champion your clients.

  • Develop rock solid client relationships. Clients will have no doubt that when they are working with you, they are in good hands and their voice has been heard.

  • Be proactive, thinking of opportunities before clients ask and ensure that the service that clients experience consistently exceed expectation.

  • Look to meet your clients in person, connect with new clients, partake in industry events and expand your network by doing what you do best – connecting with people.

  • Share your fun-loving spirit not just with our clients but team as well, playing foosball, partaking in sunshine breaks and enjoy the odd movie at lunch.

  • Be diligent in getting client sign off on estimates before work begins and approvals before we proceed to the next stage of a project.

  • Confidently provide your professional opinion and back ideas with experience and research
