Agency Account Coordinator

We’re on the search for an organized go-getter to take the reins as Account Coordinator (AC) at HP-h. If you’re eager to start your career in an up-and-coming creative agency, we’d love to chat.

The day-to-day role 

Are you passionate about the power of branding, digital experience and marketing? Well, behind every impressive piece of creative work, there’s an accounts team making sure many plates are artfully spinning. Organizationally, this vital role ensures projects are properly organized, estimated, planned and executed. As our AC, you’ll work alongside our Account Director (AD) to determine and maintain project timelines, budgets, deliverables and scope. 

From advertising campaigns and branding projects to website builds, the AC plays a pivotal role in delivering our best work to clients. In addition to managing small accounts and championing work processes, you’ll learn to craft accurate estimates and proposals.

  • Proficient in basic computer applications such as Google Docs, Sheets and Drive

  • Experience with digital marketing and creative services is preferred

  • Diplomatic interpersonal skills

As a career-motivated person, this role will continually expand your skill set, allowing you to build a specialization in account management and marketing planning. This opportunity is best suited for someone with entry-level experience (1-2 years), however, a combination of personal qualities and skills will be considered.
