Agency Account Manager

We’re on the search for an enthusiastic people person to take the reins as lead Account Manager (AM) at HP-h. If creative thinking, proposal/business writing and relationship building is your jam, we’d love to chat.

The day-to-day role

Are you passionate about the power of branding, digital experience and marketing? Well, behind every impressive piece of creative work, there’s an AM making sure the many plates are artfully spinning. Organizationally, this vital role ensures the delivery of timely and informed insights and solutions. As our lead AM, you’ll develop and maintain project timelines, budgets and scope, alongside a supportive creative team.

Acting as HP-h’s uniting force, you’ll keep our clients and team in the loop and on track with project needs throughout the engagement. In addition to managing client relationships, timelines, budgets and championing work processes, you’ll support our sales activities by attending new business meetings, accurately noting needs and writing dynamic, tailored proposals that align with HP-h’s service offerings.

As a career-motivated person, this role will continually expand your skill set, allowing you to build a specialization in business development and marketing planning. This opportunity is best suited for someone with intermediate to senior level experience (3+ years), however, a combination of personal qualities and skills will be considered.
