We’re currently looking to add a Digital Marketing Specialist to our Digital team.

Job Description

As a key member of the Digital team, the role of Digital Marketing Strategist involves the following:

  • Setting up digital ads (including initial research and analysis, location/demographic targeting, keyword research and writing/optimizing ad copy)
  • Setting up Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Google AdWords, Google My Business, Facebook Business Manager, LinkedIn and advertising accounts on other social channels
  • Managing monthly digital advertising budgets for multiple clients
  • Monthly reporting and analysis based on results from digital activities
  • Optimizing and managing accounts in Google AdWords, Bing, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube and other social channels, across multiple websites
  • Collaborating with all departments for strategy development and execution
  • Troubleshooting errors with digital team and alone to solve errors and issues
  • Working with web designers/developers to assist in the planning and launch of new sites (including site architecture, SEO and redirects)



  • You have a minimum of two years experience in account management or campaign management
  • You are educated in and understand digital platforms
  • You’re highly organized with outstanding attention to detail
  • You are a self-learner who also works well in a collaborative environment
  • You’re up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and measurement
  • You have experience with Excel/Google sheets and spreadsheet management
  • You are passionate about all things digital
