Position overview

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced, tenacious and high-performing B2B marketing professional. Interested applicants should be prepared to submit their portfolio in a digital format for consideration.

In this role, you will work closely with KV Capital’s leadership and business development teams to drive the marketing strategy while supporting the goals and growth of the organization.

The Marketing Manager will also manage the Digital Marketing Coordinator and Graphic Designer, overseeing their projects and performance as well as providing coaching and managing their professional development.

What you’ll do with us:

  • Develop relationships with senior level stakeholders to provide strategic guidance on brand and marketing best practices.
  • Develop and deliver integrated marketing and communication programs by working closely with external and internal teams.
  • Assist in leveraging and developing go-to-market content (e.g., positioning documents, thought leadership, digital content, and campaign material) within brand guidelines.
  • Manage and deliver marketing and communication campaigns with input from multiple stakeholders.
  • Plan, develop, and execute issue-based, journey-based strategies with specific objectives, budgets, and performance metrics.

What we’re looking for from you:

  • Proven ability to think big picture strategy while being able to roll-up-your sleeves to deliver.
  • Knowledge and understanding of a wide range of marketing channels and tactics available to engage stakeholders, with an emphasis on digital.
  • Strong project management and delivery track record in matrix and virtual environments.
  • Expert understanding and experience with CRM platforms.
  • Strong writing skills, attention to detail and deadlines, and adherence to brand standards.
  • Excellent communication and networking skills, as well as experience managing relationships with a wide range of people at all levels in an organization.
  • Extensive knowledge of and experience with business fundamentals, business models, ethics, and competitive analysis.
  • Ability to adapt to changes in role demands and responsibilities.
  • Demonstrated expertise in a complex professional services firm.
