Description

Morrison Homes is looking for a Marketing Specialist with digital marketing experience to join our Edmonton team. As a top, award-winning builder, we’ve worked hard to build a reputation as the Homebuyer’s Best Friend™ and need an enthusiastic marketer to manage advertising and on-the-ground marketing activities in Edmonton, while leading digital marketing strategies across our entire single-family operations.

 

Responsibilities

Reporting to the Director of Marketing, the Marketing Specialist:

 

  • Plans and oversees digital marketing activities, including SEO, paid search, social advertising and digital display (working with contractors and agencies as required)
  • Manages Morrison Homes’ lead generation and inbound marketing program (via HubSpot Marketing Hub™ software)
  • Plans and coordinates offline advertising efforts in Edmonton, including direct mail, OOH, radio, etc.
  • Leads the development of Morrison’s website as required
  • Manages third party online listing services and review sites
  • Manages point of sale experience including setting up new sales centres, coordinating print collateral and signage, and otherwise supporting day-to-day requirements of the Edmonton sales team
  • Works collaboratively with internal stakeholders and developer partners to achieve shared business and marketing goals
