    • Post-secondary education in marketing or communications (or equivalent experience)
    • Experience with market research, email marketing, social media, digital campaigns
    • Strong Mac skills (and learning new software doesn’t give you cold sweats)
    • Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills
    • You have project or account management experience
    • You have some branding or website projects under your belt

    You can boost your chances if…

    • You have your certifications in Google Ads (Search, Display, Video), Google Analytics, Twitter Flight School, and Facebook Blueprint
    • Experience setting up and managing advertising campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Google Ads that earned great results
    • Expertise in SMM, SEM, SEO, and PPC, as well as the knowledge of when to use and recommend each tactic for a specific client
    • You know all the ins and outs of media planning and buying
    • You have experience with traditional advertising
    • You get movie and pop culture references (bonus points if you know who said, “She doesn’t even go here!”)

Marketing Strategist

 Our Marketing Strategists work alongside a team of creative leaders to develop brands and provide strategic advice to guide marketing, communications and public relations, editorial content and digital campaigns for our clients.

You will be involved in conducting research and producing and monitoring projects and campaigns from inception to completion.

Duties include:

Developing clear strategies to guide marketing and communications campaigns and creative platforms across all clients

Conducting market research, audits and analysis to inform the development of our clients’ strategies Leading discovery, client and stakeholder interviews to inform strategy and campaign plans

Leading the implementation of marketing and communications plans

Managing media relations and PR efforts for client campaigns

Working collaboratively with Habit’s creative team to drive consistent and cohesive brand messaging across all channels and creative

Managing editorial content and reviewing for quality and brand alignment

Monitoring campaigns, tracking results and ensuring success

Analyzing campaign impact and developing campaign reports

Working with account managers to provide ongoing project leadership for our clients

Supporting new business development and contributing to estimates and quotes

Supporting and guiding digital strategists and/or marketing coordinators
