Edmonton Marketing & Customer Experience Meetup Group

It can be lonely as a marketing or customer experience (CX) manager in a city like Edmonton.

We have a lot of small and mid-sized organizations that have only one or a few marketing staff. And many of these companies are used to economic boom times, so marketing and CX haven’t been high priorities for them. That gets frustrating for you, because you know that if they took it more seriously they could be way more successful!

Without an internal peer group it’s awfully hard to stay on top of what’s happening in the marketing & CX worlds. And it sure would be nice to be able to bounce some ideas off colleagues who’ve “been there”.
